Notes

We help customer service reps and sales people get better at meeting, greeting and working with customers.

And, when, in our daily business lives, in the countless hotels, motels, restaurants, airports, cabs, offices, stores, coffee shops and sundry other places, we run across some individual who gives one of us an exceptional customer contact moment, we are delighted!

So, we try to honor these individuals by recognizing their excellent sales or service efforts.

We collect names, contact info and permission on those individuals throughout each month. Then, at random, we draw a name from that monthly group of submitted names, and honor that individual. We honor them by recognizing their performance here on this page, along with sending them a ‘Customer Contact’ certificate.

These are people, just like you and me, who show even us trainers, the real beauty of ‘The Magical Moment of Customer Contact.’
